Hoexters is an Upscale New American restaurant located in the UES, looking for experienced, full-time servers to join our team.

We are looking for people with experience in a fast-paced environment, that are passionate about hospitality and want to make our guests feel extra special and well taken care of from the very moment they step in.

- Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service to your guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.

* Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, paying close atention to dietary restrictions.

* Enter orders into the POS system and communicate discrepancies/errors to management/kitchen staff.

* Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

* Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

* Upsell food and beverages to guests.

* Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests.

* Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

* Attend staff meetings and trainings.

- Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience in a fine dining restaurant.

* Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Availability to work dinner and brunch.
