We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team and help contribute to our continued growth.
Must have a passion for service, mentoring & managing the day to day flow of operations.
Requirements:
* Must have 2+ year of high volume restaurant management experience
* Detail oriented and open communication skills
* Staff management and training background
* Open availability
* Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Directing the flow of service, providing consistent leadership and delegating responsibilities, through leading-by-example
* Assist with hiring, training and education of cooks
* Perform restaurant opening and closing activities
* Ensure that restaurant service and quality standards are constantly met
