1 Michelin Star and 3 NY Times Stars, Casa Mono is looking for an experienced Sommelier.

The Sommelier's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Providing guests with exceptional wine knowledge and service.

* Assist with staff wine education.

* Monthly inventory and cellar organization.

* Ability to lift 50lbs

* Ability to lead by example and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong knowledge and interest in Spanish wine is a Must.

The ideal candidate has server experience, a strong work ethic, and self-motivation.

This is a tipped position.
