Qualifications

* Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in an upscale to fine dining environment

* Culinary certificate or degree preferred, but not required

* Knowledge of both, classic culinary techniques and current industry trends

* Ability to multi-task and remain cool under fast-paced environment

* Knowledge of Italian cuisine and use of authentic ingredients and techniques
