Hoexters is looking for a strong and dedicated lead pastry prep cook to join their growing team! Our kitchen will be putting out high-quality New American food with the aim of hitting a nostalgic note with our guests. Our food will be classic and comforting, with an elevated twist. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the production and preparation of food and the prep team along with:

* Manage all pastry prep and other prep tasks

* Willing and able to work mornings and afternoons

* Organizing, receiving, and putting away orders

* Organization of walk-in

* Understanding of our recipes

* Excellent knife skills

* Excellent pastry skills

* Understanding of fish, poultry, pork, and beef butchery

* Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude

* Daily communication with Chef Lauren and the prep team
