Our top of the rank bar program, led by the award-winning Lynnette Marrero, infuses the flavors of Peru into culinary cocktails with a deep focus on Latin American spirits. *REQUIREMENTS

* You will work under the leadership of the GM.  On a day to day you will work on batching, juicing, organizing, and bar prep.

*Responsibilities:*

* Prepare daily batches, infusion, and other bar mis en place

* Communicate with Head Bartender and Bar team on orders, and prep work

* Organize the bar as needed, including bar stations and bar storage

*Requirements:*

* Basic understanding of equipment operation

* Basic Understanding of cooking

* Full Time flexibility of hours ( weekends required)

* Be able to carry heavy boxes and equipment

* this is an hourly position, non-tipped position
