2 years EXPERIENCE
- Recieving, cleaning, storing and labeling all produce, meats, and cheeses upon delivery.
- Prepping various vegetables, meats, cheeses and fish for dinner service
- Experience working in fast paced, dynamic kitchens. Experience working clean, staying organized, and being efficient
- Basic knife handling skills
- Basic understanding of DOH kitchen practices to ensure safety
