Responsibilities include:

* Ideally looking for a candidate with experience cooking pasta!

* Food preparation: Washing, trimming, cutting, portioning, measuring, mixing, and panning ingredients

* Cooking: Baking, broiling, frying, steaming, braising, boiling, and pressure cooking

* Plating: Creating finished products that are tasty, attractive, and properly cooked

* Cleaning: Keeping food preparation equipment clean, including grills, broilers, ovens, steamer tables, mixers, microwave ovens, and toasters

* Safety: Following facility safety programs and conducting work tasks safely

* Customer service: Responding to customer orders and providing courteous service to guests, coworkers, and residents
