Café Chelsea, located in the iconic Hotel Chelsea, is seeking an experienced and passionate *Barista* to craft exceptional coffee experiences for our guests. We are a dynamic, hospitality-driven team that values precision, artistry, and genuine service.

*What You’ll Do:*

*

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages with expert technique.

*

Maintain consistency in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and drink presentation.

*

Engage with guests warmly, providing knowledgeable recommendations and a welcoming atmosphere.

*

Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.

*

Assist with daily café operations, including stocking, cleaning, and POS transactions.

*

Collaborate with the team to uphold the standards of a Michelin-level hospitality experience.

*What We’re Looking For:*

*

*1+ years* of specialty coffee or high-volume café experience.

*

Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.

*

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

*

Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

*

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

*

Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
