*Management level professional* to be a strong floor-presence, not only maintaining service standards, but to passionately inspire house staff about food, wine, service and Italian hospitality.
*The ideal candidate must to have the ability to oversee all facets of service operations , with an emphasis on customer service and staff management.*
*Requirements & Skills* :
* Minimum of 4 years of *fine dining management level* (Italian Fine Dining a plus!)
* Knowledge of Italian wines and ingredients
* Must to have a *deep understanding of hospitality* , and excellent customer service and communication skills
* Broad experience of Toast POS System, Opentable, Microsoft Suite, Trippleseat, Sling and Accubar
* Leadership skills, organization and professional maturity
* Ability to work full-time
* NYC Health Department Certificate
