Okonomi is a small 12-seat neighborhood kitchen in Williamsburg, Brooklyn that practices Japanese mottainai cuisine. By day, Okonomi serves traditional Japanese ichiju-sansai set meals for all-day.

*JOB DESCRIPTION*

We would like to hear from individuals who are not only interested in our food but also recognize that the customer experience is much more than just the plate.

We are  a small restaurant group that offers a lot of room for internal growth. Looking for server/cook candidates who are a good fit and interested in working for at least a year if not longer.

*Responsibilities*

* Warmly greeting and thanking customers

* Presenting and explaining food

* Dishwashing

* Cleaning

* Cutting vegetables

* Fabricating fish and seafood

*Desired Qualifications*

* Knowledge and/or interest of Japanese cuisine / language

* Knife Sharpening
