Looking for a cook who organize, prep and handle the day to day of a busy bar/restaurant. NO late nights as the kitchen closes at 10pm on most nights. Saturday and Sunday we open at 11am. Must have or willing to obtain a nyc  food handlers license. Must be able to work with others in a team setting.
