The Server role at T Squared Social involves providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for handling large-scale events, up-selling food and beverage items, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Assist in setting up, serving, and cleaning up during sports events or special occasions.

Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations during high-volume periods.

Anticipate guest needs during events and adapt to changing circumstances.

*Up-selling:*

Recommend premium food and beverage options using effective upselling techniques

Utilize knowledge of promotions and specials to increase ticket size.

*Operational Duties:*

Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar areas, and service stations.

Process payments accurately using POS systems.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.

*Skills & Qualifications*

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment preferred.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage with the ability to make recommendations.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to multitask effectively under pressure during busy shifts.

Familiarity with upselling techniques such as bookending or cross-selling
