Our restaurant is looking for a skilled and passionate chef and kitchen help to join our  team. The ideal candidate will have a love for crafting high-quality, delicious small plates, sandwiches, cheese boards, salads, cured meats, and a variety of cold and hot dishes.

*Responsibilities:*

* Prepare and serve small plates, sandwiches, cheese boards, salads, cured meats, and other cold / hot dishes with attention to quality and presentation.

* Demonstrate expertise in charcuterie and cheese board arrangements.

* Collaborate with the team to develop and innovate new menu items.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.

* Order and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.

* Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.

* Provide support in various kitchen tasks as needed.

* Foster teamwork by supporting both front-of-house and back-of-

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience

* Basic knife skiills

* Strong knowledge and experience with cold food preparation

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detai

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure

* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

* Must have odering and inventory experience
