The Server position is responsible for providing excellent table service to guests by taking orders for food and beverages, delivering orders to the table, and ensuring that patrons have a pleasant dining experience.

*Server responsibilities are, but not limited to:*

* Anticipate guests’ needs

* Describe our style of service and selections of food & beverage to guests

* Communicate guests' special needs or requests to the manager and chef.

* Expertly coordinate food timing between courses

* Ability to appropriately upsell

* Properly process payments

* Complete side work and tasks as assigned by management

* Maintain assigned section with urgency while able to multi-task and observe entire dining room

*Desired Qualifications*

* Minimum of two years of restaurant experience; high-volume experience required

* A passion for food, wine and service

* A strong sense of urgency

* Strong organization skills

* Ability to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experience

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Attention to detail

* Ability to take direction and execute

* High standards for cleanliness of workspace and service areas

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

* Professional demeanor, polished appearance

* Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs; Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and climb steps regularly.

* Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
