Cosme, located in Flatiron NYC, is currently seeking experienced Line Cooks to join their team.

*Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

* Responsible for preparing all food items according to standardize recipes

* Cooking, plating, garnishing, and expediting food

* Maintaining communication with front of house staff to ensure timely service to the guests

* Ensure proper food storage and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.

*Requirements:*

• At least 1 year experience in a high volume restaurant

• Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency

• Impeccable service standards and attention to detai

* Spanish speaking plus

• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment, including nights and weekends

Compensation: Hourly $19.00 - $20
