Lore, established by chef Jay Kumar is seeking an amazing Head Bartender to lead the bar program at the restaurant in Park Slope, Brooklyn

We will consider different backgrounds, but candidates must have NYC restaurant bartending experience. They must possess the necessary skills needed to run and maintain a great beverage program. We expect this candidate to be organized, thorough, open-minded, and hard working.

The Head Bartender will work closely with the leadership team to maintain and develop a bar program that we can all stand behind for guests and colleagues alike. Our vision for the bar program is a combination of fresh and seasonal cocktails, with an intentional and approachable beer and wine list. The Head Bartender will be the ambassador of our beverage program and is also expected to interact with the guests and elevate their dining experience.

Duties include but are not limited to

* Inventory

* Bar Preparation

* Maintain and Update Bar Documents

* Bar Education for Staff

* Research and Development of New Cocktails
