Famed Italian Sandwich Shop All'Antico Vinaio is looking for a Manager to oversee catering operations for all 7 (soon to be 8) of it's NYC locations. This position will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations and will require proficiency in operations and marketing. Responsibilities include:

- Communicating with potential and existing clients regarding catering options and private events.

- Working with the staff of each location to ensure to execution and fulfillment of all catering orders.

- Oversee the execution of all events, including bread making classes and store buy outs.

- Conceptualizing and spearheading marketing initiatives to help boost catering and private event revenue.

- Working with Social Media Manager to help promote the business and catering/private event offerings.

- Maintaining records/analytics of all catering orders and event bookings, as well as food ingredients usage/costs.
