TOWA, a Japanese Contemporary Kaiseki restaurant is seeking a server who shares our desire to develop genuine connections with our guests, making them feel welcomed, relaxed, and at home.

*Requirement and Skills*

* *Has had at least 1 year working at a Japanese restaurant, or have a background in hospitality*

* The candidate must possess excellent *communication* skills with a polished floor presence

* Demonstrate a passion for detail and a willingness to learn

* Work experience as a host, busser, food runner, or other entry-level roles in a restaurant is preferred

* Understand hygiene and food safety rules

* *Physical ability* and *stamina* to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours

* Ability to *multitask* and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

* Knowledge regarding Japanese culture and hospitality are a significant plus
