*About the role:* The Reservationist plays an integral part in creating unforgettable dining experiences by fostering relationships, handling guest feedback with care—whether addressing concerns or enhancing positive experiences—and ensuring that every detail is noted for future visits. You'll manage our reservation system to optimize the flow of service and the guest experience, paying close attention to individual preferences and special requests. You'll have the opportunity to engage with regular guests, tracking their preferences and celebrating their loyalty, while proactively reaching out to lapsed patrons to re-establish connections. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest feels valued, while keeping our reservation system running smoothly and efficiently.

*Qualifications:*

* 2+ years of host or reservations experience in a fine-dining restaurant preferred.

* A confident and genuine personality with the ability to engage in warm, natural conversations with guests.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and articulately over the phone.

* Proficiency with reservation systems, specifically Resy and/or OpenTable.

* A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
