Responsibilities:

* Smile and greet guests with warm welcome and good bye,ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

* Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable.

* Handle Resy inquiries in polite manner

* Maintain a clean and organized host station.

* Provide basic guidance on Mediterranean food, wine, and culture to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is preferred but willing to train.

• Knowledge of Italian food, wine, and culture is a strong plus.

• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
