*Assistant General Manager responsibilities
*
* Manage all day-to-day shift operations (opening and closing shifts)
* Maintain standards according to DOH regulations
* Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints and reviews
* Actively engage in all steps of service, by implementing, overseeing and maintaining all company policies and procedures
* Create and deliver experiences to our guests and our employees
*Other responsibilities:*
* Supporting GM in financial, service, and staff related projects as assigned
* Train, lead and develop people to achieve excellence and maintain company standards
* Assist in educational trainings year round
* Manage team's schedules
*Requirements:*
* Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in full-service restaurant management as either a service manager, AGM, or formal dining restaurant manager
* High volume experience of 150-300 covers per night preferred
* Proven leadership ability and track record, especially as it pertains to managing hourly employees
* Mid to strong cost analysis skills as it relates to labor, COGS, CGS, & Comps; with the eagerness to learn more.
* Experience with scheduling of over 15 team members
* French restaurant experience is a plus
* Knowledge and experience with our various systems is preferred (Toast, Resy, 7Shift)
* Ability to effectively manage a large team and delegate responsibilities
* Food Handler Certification
