Our fine dining Italian restaurant is seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our team as *Bartender*.

Prepare and serve guest a variety of beverages and food. Every bartender must possess the highest level of integrity, and follow all cash handling procedure. The *Bartender* is the first impression of the restaurant and must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the restaurant. The bartender must always promote responsible drinking

*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*
* Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all policies/ procedures/standards.
* Arrive to work on time, as scheduled, with all necessary equipment, supplies and properly attired (or Uniformed) to begin work according to company standards
* Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and delegate responsibility to the staff which ensures the goals and objectives, of the restaurant, are met on a daily basis by the staff.
* Acknowledge the guest immediately…no matter how busy you are
* Greet and serve all bar guests warmly
* Know our specialty drinks and recipes
* Know all bar policies and procedures
* Follow all bar policies and procedures
* Smile and make eye contact with all guests
* Restock the bar
* Assist with monthly beverage inventory
* Knowledge of menu and food descriptions
* Attends all pre-shift meetings
* Communicate to captains 86 items
* Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
* Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
* Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgments
* Maintain knowledge of:
* food descriptions
* Wine descriptions
* table numbers
* position numbers
* product specifications
* Health codes
* Safety procedures
* Sanitation codes
* Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving.

QUALIFICATIONS:*
** Essential:
* English Speaking
* Professional appearance and attitude
* *2* years experience in a high end restaurant
* Satisfactorily communicate, management and co-workers
*PHYSICAL ABILITIES:*
Essential:
* Must be able to stay on feet for up to 8 hours throughout work shift.
* Must be able to bend and stoop to the floor
* Must be able to push, pull and reach for items
