We are looking for an experienced fine dining bartender to head our bar at Caviar Russe as a beverage director. This role is active on the floor and behind the bar specifically. We are searching for a seasoned professional with a fine dining background as well as spirit & cocktail knowledge and a strong background with wine, specifically Champagne and Burgundy.

Compensation is tipped based with a house guarantee.
