We are seeking a dynamic, creative and experienced General Manager to lead our bar and restaurant located in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a proven track record of success in restaurant management, and the ability to create an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of hospitality

•    Manage and lead a team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff

•    Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction

•    Handle scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties

•    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws

•    Collaborate with ownership on promotions, events, and community engagement

•    Analyze financial data to make data-driven decisions for growth

Qualifications:

•    3+ years of experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant/bar industry

•    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

•    Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems quickly

•    Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant software

•    Passion for creating a memorable dining experience
