2 years EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a candidate who has experience and solid understanding of hospitality and elevating the guest experience. The candidate must be a strong leader and team player for our fun, busy and collaborative work environment. Candidates must be hospitable, have solid communication skills, be well organized, a self-starter and be able to remain cool under pressure.
Job duties include but not limited to:
* Oversee all Day-to-day operations
* Orchestrate the flow of service by being aware of all sections of the space
* Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the restaurant are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained
* Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees
* Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards
* Handle guest complaints according to guidelines
* Ensure that all closing procedures are adhered to
* Admin functions including: update and make POS corrections as needed, retrieve guest checks, general correspondence
Qualifications:
- 2+ years management experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail
- High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearance.
- Strong computer skills
- Commitment to excellence
- Strong Beverage knowledge
- Available late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- NYC food handler certificate, TiPS certification
