Bathtub Gin is looking for a strong prep cook/line cook to work along side our Executive Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

* Part time prep cook

Speakeasy bar kitchen looking for an opening prep cook two days a week with potentially a closing shift or two as a line cook.

Prep duties include:

Bulk recipes - Aolis, dressings, sauces and mixes

General knife work- preparing vegetables and proteins to be bases for recipes

Necessary skills - Speed with a mandolin, three step breading process, assistance with family meal, putting away orders, etc

* Line cook duties

Running the line and executed correctly the dishes in a timely manner. Helping put out family meal on time. Closing the kitchen correctly, cleanly and quickly, while providing a complete prep list.
