Main Responsibilites

Demonstrates a wide knowledge of high level skills of cooking techniques like grilling, roasting, pan frying

Has experience in pizza making

Having well executed knife skills

Work with a sense of urgency and can multitask

Be a team player

Have an understanding of NY Department of Health protocols for food safety

Possess strong communication skills

*

Stay positive and calm under pressure
