*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and hospitality-driven full/part time server to join our team. As a server at KOSAKA, you will play an integral role in creating a seamless, personalized dining experience for our guests. Your passion for fine dining, knowledge of Japanese cuisine, and ability to anticipate guest needs will help elevate our reputation for excellence.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service to all guests in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.

• Guide guests through the omakase experience, explaining menu items, ingredients, and pairings with accuracy and enthusiasm.

• Work closely with the kitchen team and management to ensure precise timing, presentation, and satisfaction.

• Manage table settings, including serving dishes, clearing plates, and resetting for subsequent courses.

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of wine, sake, and beverage pairings, offering recommendations tailored to guest preferences.

• Maintain an immaculate dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and service flow.

*Qualifications:*

• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in an upscale or fine dining establishment (Japanese dining experience is a plus).

• Ability to provide high-touch service with a focus on details and guest satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge of wines, sake is a plus but not required.

• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

• A professional demeanor, polished appearance, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
