The iconic Red Rooster Harlem is searching for a Restaurant Manager to join its growing team.

The restaurant manager will report directly to the General Manager and work in tandam with Events manager and the Culinary team.  The candidate will responsible to lead and train the floor team in service. Excellent Customer service skills with proven ability to work in a hectic environment.

The candidate must have NYC high volume experience and a geniune love of food and hospitality. Fine dining experience preferred but not required.  Wine & liquor knowledge a must.
