We're looking for a dynamic *General Manager* to lead our cocktail lounge and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest. This unique position offers a balance of hands-on leadership on the floor, combined with essential administrative duties to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* *Floor Management (3 Days/Week):*

* Oversee daily operations, ensuring the lounge runs efficiently.

* Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service.

* Manage customer interactions, resolve complaints, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

* Ensure smooth bar operations and maintain high standards for cocktails and food.

* *Administrative Duties (2 Days/Week):*

* Handle inventory control and ordering.

* Manage payroll, scheduling, and staffing needs.

* Develop and implement strategies for business growth and improvements.

* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

* *Email & Communication:*

* Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

* Manage online reservations and event bookings.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in hospitality, specifically in bar and lounge management.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize both on the floor and behind the desk.

* Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

* Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently.

* Availability to work evenings and weekends.
