*Role: Assistant Manager*

*Responsibilities:*

* Ensure freshness of ingredients and control food costs

* Uphold safety and cleanliness standards

* Improve overall kitchen efficiency

* Order supplies and equipment, working closely with vendors

* Store food products safely

* Document operational procedures

* Train and mentor junior team members

* Manage a fast-paced kitchen environment

*Requirements:*

* 3+ years of experience in fast-casual restaurant management or kitchen management

* Proven experience in planning menus and ordering ingredients

* Strong knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

* Ability to handle high-pressure situations

* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
