We are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and running smoothly

*What You’ll Do:*

*Dishwashing Duties:*

* Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards.

* Restock clean dishes and tools in their proper places.

* Keep the dishwashing station clean, organized, and ready for the team.

*Porter Duties:*

* Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.

* Take out trash and recycling, ensuring proper sorting.

* Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries and supplies.

* Perform light maintenance tasks as needed to keep the restaurant in top shape

*What We’re Looking For:*

* A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.

* Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, lift up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs], and stand for extended periods.

* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
