American Brass is opening a morning coffee cafe called American Latte. We are looking for a strong candidate that will be reliable in the mornings to manage the front and possible some minor food prep. They will interact with guests ordering pastries and coffees. Opening and closing the cafe will be required. Front of house and back of house experience not required but ideal.
