What will you be doing?

* Managing and Leading a team of kitchen staff and front of house staff

* Ensuring the quality and consistency of our food

* Inventory Management

* Supervising and training to the team

* Maintaining equipment

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and participating in audits and inspections

* Handle and resolve customer concerns

* Take full ownership of the business

What skills do you bring to the table?

* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment

* Three to five (3-5) years of previous restaurant experience

* Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team (3 years preferred)

* Excellent communication skills

* Food handler certification, strongly preferred

* Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS

What else do you need?

* US work authorization (required)

* High school or equivalent (GED)

* Culinary education or mentorship (preferred)

* Flexibility and an open schedule to allows you to cover shifts as needed

* Reliable transportation to get you to work

* Ability to work an 8 hour shift, which may include weekends

What do we offer?

* Salary of $74,000 - $82,000 per year (depending on your experience)
