Major Food Group is hiring talented and passionate individuals to join the bar team of Dirty French in the Lower East Side.

Located in the Ludlow Hotel on Manhattan’s storied Lower East Side, Dirty French is an energetic bistro created by the acclaimed hospitality brand Major Food Group and its co-founders Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi. The restaurant takes its culinary cues from the timeless dishes of the classic French tradition and enlivens them by utilizing modern techniques and bold, thrilling flavors

As a valuable addition to our team, you must ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidates will be passionate and have a commanding knowledge about food, wine, and service in general.

*Job Requirements:

* Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer and proper technique.

* Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.

* Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.

* Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.

* The position requires at least 3 years of experience in the desired job.

* Experience in high-volume restaurants a plus.

* ** Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
