Restaurant Blanca, is seeking a Sommelier to join our team.

Days of operation Wednesday - Saturday.

*Responsibilities:*

* Ability to navigate guests through a multi course counter tasting menu.

* Knowledgeably describe tasting menu and wine pairings.

* Understanding of precision and pacing for conducting elevated service.

* Participation of curating wine pairing and list with GM.

*Requirements:*

* Michelin starred restaurant experience is preferred.

* Sommelier certification is preferred.

* Strong knowledge of international cuisine, especially at a fine dining level.

* Articulate communication and guest service skills.

* Previous experience with tasting menus and wine pairings.
