Position Summary:* A Junior Maître D is the warm, friendly face that immediately greets guests at the door, seats guests in a professional and prompt manner, and works closely with our Maître D. Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure are essential. *

*Position Requirements:

*

* At least 2 years relevant experience in a reputable fine dining restaurant.

* Proficiency on a reservation system such as Open Table or Resy.

* Professional and polished appearance.

* Food and wine knowledge.

* Must be comfortable and skilled at describing menu items when guests inquire.

* Provide legendary hospitality to our renowned VIPs and regulars.

* Ability to manage a dynamic reservations book, incorporate guest requests and needs, and think on your feet with creative problem solving.

* Experience handling high volume service with excellence.

* Answering inquries over the phone and in person.

* Position entails standing and walking during entire shift.
