On behalf of Torien, we thank you for your interest in this job offer. Torien is a sister restaurant to the highly regarded Michelin starred Torishiki restaurant in Tokyo. Known for its outstanding yakitori and customer service, Torishiki is known for being almost impossible to book a reservation. Qualified candidates must have previous experience as a prep cook in a fine dining restaurant. Preparation with chicken and vegetables skewers is a plus. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Be interested in Yakitori cuisine or have previous experience. Be a motivated self-starter and able to work cleanly, efficiently, with respect for quality ingredients and careful attention to preparation.

*SKILLS NEEDED:*

**Intermediate Knife Skills

**Available everyday except Tuesday, 8-10 hour shifts begiining 7-8am, ending 3-5pm

**Ability to communicate in english

**Food Handlers Certificate a plus

Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
