Armani Ristorante is currently seeking qualified candidate for Receptionist position to join the team. We are searching for individuals with fine dining experience who are highly motivated, reliable and will thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Job Summary: The Receptionist will be responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating and delivering guests’ needs efficiently within the established “Armani” standards in every aspect.

Essential Job functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Supervise and manage the reception area efficiently.

* Coordinate restaurant reservations and schedule accurately.

* Greet guest warmly, assist the front of house team for service, and provide direction as needed.

* Maintain professional and welcoming atmosphere at the host station.

* Answer incoming calls and emails and provide necessary information or assistance to guest.

* Stay updated on restaurant events, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to guest.

Required Experience:

• A minimum of two years’ experience

• A comprehensive, working knowledge of the hospitality business

• Computer literacy to include: Micros, POS systems, Microsoft,

•Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service with friendly and welcoming demeanor.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with players, staff, and management.
