Quality Branded is seeking an *Executive Chef* ** to join our team at our flagship location and Midtown institution, Smith & Wollensky. The Executive Chef must embrace a guest first approach to service, thrive in a very high energy and fast paced environment, and take great pride in the space they work in.

*Candidate must have:*

* Experience in high-volume, fast paced steakhouse restaurants

* 3+ years experience as an Executive Chef and 5+ years restaurant experience overall

* Union management experience

* Steakhouse Butchery preferred, but not required

* Stable work history showing progressive growth

* A positive, flexible, hard-working mindset
