*Address: Trattoria Dell Arte -900 7th avenue, NY NY 10019 (Mezzanine room)*

*HIRING POSITIONS:*

*Prep, Garde manger, Line Cooks  and Raw Bar*

What it takes:

• 2+ years of relevant experience is REQUIRED (Must be available nights and weekends)

• High volume experience is a REQUIREMENT

• Must be personable and have a positive attitude

• Maintains a clean and organized working space

• MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S

• Able to follow direction and multi-task with a sense of urgency

• For BOH positions, a culinary training degree is preferred but not required
