The ideal candidate should ideally have in depth knowledge of mezcal, wine and service standards. They must be passionate and be able to work efficiently in a high volume, team environment with the ability to control the pace and flow of all incoming food & beverage tickets.

As the main point of contact, the bartender will guide guests through their meal in a warm, accommodating, and professional demeanor. The candidate should be comfortable making cocktails and have familiarity mixing spirits & liqueurs as well as serving food items from the bar menu/a la carte.
