I really like working here, the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because I feel the hourly wage could be higher. There is good family meal every shift. The chef is a cool dude, and is always willing to teach and help you learn new skills. They are good about working with you to allow for flexibility in your schedule. Co workers are awesome and everyone is very good about helping each other. If you are looking for a good place to work I can definitely recommend.

Overall better than most kitchens in many aspects, but definitely has it's negatives. The hourly wage is low compared to other successful restaurants, the dishwashers & line cooks make the least weekly income out of the entire restaurant, including the front of house. The current sous chef is admittedly inexperienced and often lets his emotions overwhelm him. He is not the best leader & can be very annoying to tolerate. The head chef has his bad moments of course but is overall a super relaxed and just person. Coworkers are all pretty cool, helpful & relaxed.
The restaurant can get pretty busy, but service mostly goes smooth as long as you're caught up on prep.
